What we hold

Your name and mobile number (given to us by the company that bought your course), and — if you add them — your exam date, URN, exam centre, scorecard and feedback. We also record which pages and videos you open, so your progress can be shown to you and reported to your company and trainer.

Who sees it

Our team, your company's training team and your trainer. We do not sell or share it with anyone else.

How long

Your mobile number is removed automatically about 12 months after your course access ends. Reports keep only counts after that.

Your choices

To see, correct or remove your details, contact your training team or write to support@ic38pass.com.
